After school karate clubs help school pupils manage positive behaviours and learn self-defence, discipline and respect. Children will develop a resilient mindset that can be applied to all aspects of life.
Our training methods have more emphasis on self-protection and children will develop practical skills in a safe environment.
Karate training is a structured, yet dynamic activity which will provide variety to the extra curriculum clubs in your school. We currently run five after school clubs as part of Loughton and Harlow Karate Clubs.
