Awesome seminar by @iainabernethy  last Sunday. Many thanks to our host @dohedaishotokankarate 🙏 We do like Mondays. Our beginner students put in a lot of hard work to achieve new belts today 👊🏻 Seth with his fave technique It's Cobra Kai in the dojo next week!
